NSA Scandal Turns Public Opinion Upside Down
Since 9/11, public opinion has favoured the perceived need for security against terrorism over constitutionally guaranteed 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure.
As it began to come out that 9/11 may actually have been the work of our own CIA (the same folks who assassinated JFK) American public opinion had begun to shift, but it wasn’t until recent revelations by NSA contract employee, Edward Snowden, that public opinion finally rolled over in favour of supporting America’s Constitution.
