40+ in Silicon Valley = Bad News
Being 40+ in Silicon Valley is like being ‘Down and Out in Beverly Hills’… it ain’t no fun.
All too many workers in Silicon Valley are discovering that once you hit the big four-O it’s time to watch out for that pink slip.
Worse yet, some HR managers (who prefer to remain anonymous) admit that if your 35+ there’s not much chance you’ll ever be hired again in the Valley.
Fact is, older workers are being put out to pasture, and not just in Silicon Valley. Hey, it’s tough out there.
